PRAXI Valuations Hosts 2025 Autumn Summit in Milan

Our 2025 Autumn Summit took place on 27–28 November 2025 at the PRAXI Milan office, bringing together members from 13 countries for two days of market insights, sector updates, and network collaboration.
The summit opened with the introduction of our new member, Advance Valuations, outlining a fast-growing Bulgarian market driven by strong residential demand, low interest rates, and substantial collateral valuation activity.
Members then continued with sector-focused discussions spanning Logistics & Data Centers, Energy, the Living Sector, and Property Value, highlighting trends such as power access, grid constraints, affordability pressures, and evolving valuation methodologies.
Regional breakouts underscored differing regulatory frameworks, tenant protections, and investment appetite across markets.
Day 2 examined shared market trends and featured a data session led by Spain, showcasing a BI and geospatial analytics platform, followed by an interactive quiz that offered an enjoyable moment of team building. The summit concluded with a renewed commitment to cross-border coordination and unified European coverage.
