View OfficeÖzdil Şahin is working for EVA Real Estate Appraisal Consultancy Company as Assistant General Manager responsible for Project Development & Consulting Department. She is acting since EVA’s foundation in the management staff of the company.
She holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in Department of Urban and Regional Planning, Istanbul Technical University. She has a total professional experience of 19 years in the fields of urban planning, real estate/project appraisal and consulting.
She has started her professional career at Alp Architecture in the year 2000, and then began to work for PLARD Urban Planning, Research and Consultancy Company in 2001. She had worked for TSKB Real Estate Appraisal Company between the years 2005 and 2008 as Manager in the Special Projects Department, where project feasibility and real estate appraisal studies were carried out.
Şahin holds an appraisal license granted by the Capital Markets Board of Turkey (CMB). She is a member of the Association of Turkish Real Estate Appraisers (TDUB). In addition, she holds MRICS fellowship as an international license in the field of valuation. In addition, as of 2019, ‘RICS Registered Valuer ’title.
Şahin has published a Real Estate Terminology English-Turkish and Turkish-English Dictionary.
