A new Board for RICS Italy

RICS Italy, a globally recognized professional body that promotes and enforces  the highest professional standards in the development and management of land, real estate, construction and infrastructure, announces new board appointments.

Massimiliano Pulice MRICS, CEO of Arcadis Italia, has been elected President, joined by Paolo Benedetto, Giulia Comparini, Stephen Coticoni, Nunzia Moliterni, Maurizio Negri, Danilo Papaleo, Claudia Scarcella.

Maurizio Negri, Senior Partner of PRAXI SpA and Director of PRAXI Valuations Global Independent Advisers, has sat on the RICS Italy board since 2016 and now enters his second term. “I take great pleasure in the renewed opportunity to collaborate with old and new colleagues”, commented Maurizio, “and we will continue our mission to disseminate RICS standards and to accompany the evolution of Italian real estate towards ever greater alignment with international standards and best practices “.
