PRAXI Valuations Extends Its European Reach to Denmark

PRAXI Valuations is strengthening its presence in Northern Europe with the addition of TOR Property Advisors, an independent Danish real estate advisory firm, to its European network.

Based in Denmark, TOR Property Advisors advises professional property owners, investors and developers throughout the property lifecycle, combining in-depth knowledge of the Danish real estate market with a strong understanding of the needs of institutional and professional investors.

The new membership expands PRAXI Valuations’ coverage in the Nordic region and provides international clients and network members with direct access to local expertise in Denmark, while reinforcing the network’s ability to support cross-border real estate requirements across Europe.

Kristian Ørtoft Gleiser, CEO of TOR Property Advisors, will be the key contact for international business requests within the PRAXI Valuations network.
