Cansel brings over 27 years of experience in the Turkish real estate market, with a strong track record across investment, development, advisory, and valuation. She is among Turkey’s first Certified Real Estate Appraisers accredited by the Capital Markets Board (since 2003) and holds the FRICS designation, as well as the RICS Registered Valuer title (since 2019).
She has authored several articles on real estate and valuation published in print media and online platforms, and regularly contributes as a guest lecturer on Real Estate Appraisal and Project Feasibility at universities and professional associations. She is also the author of two published books, including a volume focused on the Turkish real estate market.
