David Howard is a chartered surveyor (MRICS) and ANEVAR (Romania) qualified real estate valuer, with over 30 years international experience in UK, Germany and Eastern Europe, with 20 years’ experience in Romania. David has considerable experience of complex commercial real estate and portfolio valuations.
David is a graduate of Cambridge University, and previously worked for Jones Lang LaSalle in several countries undertaking valuations and asset management, latterly as Head of Valuations in Central & Eastern Europe. David is a former member of the RICS Board in Romania.
