As a Chartered Surveyor, John directs the Valuation & Professional Services offering within WKN together with the Planning & Development service lines.
Providing thorough advice and service to a diverse client base, including the pillar banks, alternative lenders, forward purchasing entities, Approved Housing Bodies, investment funds, Local Authorities and corporates to name but a few. Across residential, commercial and mixed-use projects.
John has extensive senior leadership and management experience and expertise, having successfully delivered projects of varying scale across a mix of Client, Developer and Contracting roles. An effective leader with strong communication skills, John maximises team performance and output in all instances. John is an active member of the SCSI and RICS across various Committees, Policy Forums and Working Groups.
