As a Chartered Surveyor, John directs the Valuation & Professional Services offering within WKN together with the Planning & Development service lines.
Providing thorough advice and service to a diverse client base, including the pillar banks, alternative lenders, forward purchasing entities, Approved Housing Bodies, investment funds, Local Authorities and corporates to name but a few. Across residential, commercial and mixed-use projects.
John has extensive senior leadership and management experience and expertise, having successfully delivered projects of varying scale across a mix of Client, Developer and Contracting roles. John is an active member of the SCSI and RICS across various Committees, Policy Forums and Working Groups.
