Patricia has over 30 years of experience in real estate.
She has excellent management and networking skills with global contacts and a deep understanding of cultural differences and business practices to operate across international borders.
During her working career with DTZ, King Sturge (JLL), and latterly with Gerald Eve, she provided clients with best-in-class service for their property needs outside the UK using local experts through her expansive network.
She has a track record of coordinating projects and clients in numerous countries. She has expertise in networking, developing business, and integrating and mentoring companies globally. She has sat on management boards and executives of various companies.
She was a key member of SIOR as the first and immediate past president of the European Regional Council. She has also sat on many committees within the organization utilizing her broad knowledge.
