Roberto Benaglia, engineer, graduate from Politecnico di Milano.
He spent his career working for prime domestic and international banks, Italfondiario, (INCE, Aareal Bank, Eurohypo and Royal Bank of Scotland) managing Real Estate financing activity.
Since 2009 he manages his own advisory company BB Consulting, and he acts as CRO (Chief Restructuring Officer) in a number of Construction and Real Estate Companies’ financial restructuring.
He is an independent board member of Finanziaria Internazionale SGR. His Real Estate financial experience range from asset valuation to project eligibility for financing for both development and investment deals.
Roberto attended several Management training programs (SDA Bocconi, Harvard Business School and London Business School), he is also the testimonial teacher at REM Real Estate Management master held by Politecnico di Milano.
