Victor Stan is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) and ANEVAR (Romania) qualified valuer with over 30 years experience. Victor has prepared complex individual and portfolio valuations in Europe, North & South America, MENA, South-East Asia including real estate as well as diverse land and offshore oil & gas facilities and refineries.
Victor has previously acted as CEO of the Romanian Association of Realtors (ARAI) and Head of Valuation Department of Colliers International (Romania). Victor is an assessor for the admission of new RICS members.
