Vincent is a chartered surveyor (MRICS) and has been with Ceusters for 13 years, currently heading its Valuation & Advisory department.
His team is responsible for independent and accurate assessments of market and rental values for all types of real estate assets from individual properties to extensive property portfolios, in both private and public sectors. They also provide independent strategic real estate advice.
He is a graduate of the University of Antwerp (master’s in Applied Economics (Finance)) and additionally completed specialisations in Valuation, Portfolio Management and Investment & Financing (part of MRE).
