Chris has been a valuer for over 25 years of working across the Netherlands with a particular focus on the Amsterdam region. He worked as a valuer for mortgage lending banks and for valuation compagnies such as Cushman & Wakefield and NAI Netherlands. He has a strong focus on efficiency and sustainability. He also advised the Ministry of Internal Affairs on the implementation of legislation, following the European directive EPBD IV.
He is responsible for the valuations for a variety of purposes, including loan security, accounting, and purchase reports, focusing primarily on the commercial sector and the residential investor market. Dynamis is active in all sectors of the real estate market.
