Jason has been a valuer for over 20 years of working across the UK with a particular focus on the South East.
He carries out valuations for a variety of purposes, including loan security, tax, and purchase reports, focusing primarily on the commercial sector but having a focus on retail and mixed-use assets. He also has experience in undertaking development appraisals of mixed-use schemes. He has provided advice to a number of Local Authority clients.
